Shipping Policy

Welcome to GUL_E_LIBAS. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

  • During peak sales, new collection launches, or holiday seasons, order processing may take up to 3 to 5 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 7 business days.

  • Shipping Charges:  [FREE for orders over PKR 3,000] applied at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all major cities and towns.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently [offer / do not offer] international shipping.

    (If yes: International orders take 7–14 business days. Shipping fees and custom duties/taxes will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination country.)

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

  • Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, please record a unboxing video and contact us immediately.

  • Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us with your order number so we can investigate with our courier partner.

6. Incorrect Address / Re-delivery

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and city details are complete and correct. GUL_E_LIBAS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
